Agriteque Farms uses manual handpicking of coffee beans, where the red cherries are picked & green ones are left to ripen. The cherry processing starts as soon as they are plucked from plants.
Coffee roasting process is initiated, after the hulling, polishing and grading processes are completed.
It is at the roasting stage, where the real aroma of coffee is unlocked & the green beans are turned brown. After roasting, the beans are then Medium-Fine grinded, in order for it to be accommodated into filter coffee making machines.
Agriteque’s spices (Chicory blend) are introduced into this powder in order to add a special taste to the end coffee.
